However if you are 100% positive that you have contacted with the HQ8R DXpedition please submit your QSL card request (s) and we will double check with our logs for any mistakes like missing letters or numbers in the callsigns, also with the band, date and time of your QSO (s) thank you for your support and 73.

All direct QSL card requests will be managed only through this address, if you send it somewhere else you will not get your official HQ8R QSL card, please follow the instructions otherwise we will have to answer your QSL card via the bureau thank you.

• Direct QSL card requests must contain a Self-addressed envelope + 1 new IRC or 2 US dollars.
• Please remember that we can only accept the new valid IRC's for direct return. QSL cards sent with old IRC's will be answered via the bureau.
• Please do not send more than two (2) QSL cards per envelope.
